Hypertext properties 

In this window you can set the properties of current site / hypertext / catalog. Click on the image to get Help: 

 

 

Within this window (Hypertext >Current Hypertext properties) you can also change the charset of the page (say for example windows-1251 for russian). 

The charset must be changed *before* writing anything on the pages (everything previously written will be rendered for the Web with the default ISO8859-1 charset).
